Develop utility services (water, sanitary and storm sewer facilities) and street paving for the Quail Run Project (totaled 80 acres) located in the city of Sherman, Texas.

• Currently working on Phase 2A and 2B for a total of 84 lots. ECD December 2023

• Phase 3 with 80 lots with ECD December 2024

• Phase 4 with 80 lots with ECD December 2025
